Is my car supported?

You will find the list of supported vehicles in the 'Vehicle Compatibility' section of the description. Please select either 'Option 1' or 'Option 2' when configuring your wheel.

Compatibility depends on your original steering wheel and airbag type. If you’re unsure whether your car is supported, please contact us before ordering and we’ll happily confirm fitment.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

You’ll also receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped!

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Custom or installed items are non-returnable. All products include a 12-month manufacturing warranty.

Is an airbag included with the wheel?

No. For health and safety reasons, airbags are not supplied. All SteerHaus steering wheels are designed to reuse the original BMW airbag, ensuring correct fitment and retention of factory safety systems.

Is installation difficult? Do i need coding?

Installation is straightforward and does not require coding. The wheel fits directly onto the factory steering column. We recommend professional installation, but experienced DIY installers can fit the wheel using standard tools.

Are these steering wheels genuine BMW parts?

No. SteerHaus steering wheels are aftermarket products designed to offer an OEM+ upgrade. While they are not genuine BMW parts, they are engineered to match factory fitment and retain original BMW airbags, controls, and functionality when installed correctly.

Do you offer heated steering wheel support?

Currently, we do not offer support for heated steering wheels. However, our wheels will still fit vehicles with the heated wheel feature.
